Menards is offering a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program that builds the skills to lead stores and teams. You will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn our business and prepare for a management role.

Completion opens opportunities to promote to 330+ Store Locations, Corporate Office, Manufacturing Facilities, and Distribution Centers, reflecting Menards' promote-from-within culture and strong advancement path.
