Job summary

Menards is seeking candidates for a Manager Trainee program—a paid, full-time, hands-on training track designed to develop future retail leaders. You will learn operations alongside General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to gain a comprehensive view of how the business runs.

During the program, you’ll cultivate leadership and customer service excellence with the goal of advancing into a management position at one of Menards’ more than 330 stores, corporate office, or

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• You will participate in a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program to build foundational retail leadership.
• Work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Teams to learn operations and customer service excellence.
• Progress through the program to prepare for a management role at one of Menards’ locations.
