Job summary

Menards is offering a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop and prepare you for a future management role within the company. You will work alongside General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to build a solid understanding of our business and leadership skills.

As you progress, you will be exposed to the promotion-from-within culture and opportunities to advance across 330+ store locations, corporate office, manufacturing facilities, and distribution

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Manager Trainee program and collaborate with General Management and store teams.
• Develop understanding of our business and prepare for a management role in the near future.
• Progress through the program with opportunities to advance to leadership roles across Menards' locations.
