Menards is seeking a Manager Trainee for a paid, full-time training program designed to develop future store managers. You'll work hands-on with the General Management team and store staff to learn operations and leadership.

The program emphasizes promote-from-within growth and offers weekend pay incentives, store discounts, profit sharing, and comprehensive benefits as you progress toward a management role across Menards locations.
