Job summary

Menards is hiring for a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program in Minnesota. You will work hands-on with General Management and Store Teams to build the foundations for a future management role.

The program focuses on developing leadership skills, customer service excellence, and knowledge of store operations, with advancement opportunities within Menards’ network.
