Job summary

Menards in Minnesota is hiring a Manager Trainee for a paid, full-time, hands-on training program designed to develop you for a future leadership role in retail management. During the program, you will work with the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn our business and prepare for advancement, with a promote-from-within culture and real chances to lead a team.

You will receive on-the-job training, mentorship, and clear milestones as you progress toward

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and learn store operations and management practices.
• Develop leadership skills and assist in supervising staff.
