Menards in Avon, IN is seeking ambitious candidates for our Manager Trainee program. This paid, full-time training role develops you for future store management by providing hands-on experience and mentorship from General Managers and Department Managers.

As you progress, you’ll learn operations, team leadership, and customer service excellence, with clear paths to management roles across our 330+ stores and corporate facilities nationwide.
