Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and four years of related work experience.
• Deep experience in supply chain management, analytics, or decision intelligence platforms.
• Two to three years of experience implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions.
• Experience with ERP solutions (SAP S4, Oracle Fusion Cloud, etc.) to manage supply chain processes or perform analysis.
• At least one full lifecycle implementation of a decision intelligence platform in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end decision intelligence implementations (e.g., Aera, Palantir) including estimation, initiation, planning, design, build and deployment.
• Document business requirements, system design, and transformation goals for supply chain projects.
• Analyze current-state processes and define future-state processes aligned with objectives.
• Oversee data migration activities ensuring data integrity for decision intelligence tools.
• Guide users and teams on issues related to implementation across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
• Configure decision intelligence applications and lead testing phases; develop documentation and training materials.
• Lead training strategy and user enablement; provide post go-live support and value realization.
• Manage project resources and budgets; oversee governance, change enablement, and program leadership.
• Support practice leadership in proposals, budgets, and workplans; travel to client sites as needed.
