ASML US, LLC in Wilton, CT is seeking a Manager for Supplier Quality Engineering, Technical Supplier Managers and Cost Engineering to lead a team, coordinate with the design group, and drive industrialization of Wilton’s new high-tech products with key suppliers.

You will steer cost reduction, ensure product quality and reliability, and develop technical roadmaps while aligning with the project plan. Up to 20% travel may be required.

Formación

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, or similar.
• 6+ years in development and manufacturing of complex high-tech systems.
• 3+ years of management experience with direct reports.
• Experience in supplier quality and cost engineering is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Directly manage a team of 10-15 Cost Engineers, SQEs, and TSMs.
• Deliver on-time product readiness with target performance, quality, reliability, and cost.
• Secure the quality of deliverables across the n-tier supply chain.
• Develop team competencies and technology roadmaps; drive industrialization.
• Lead people management activities: training, performance management, coaching, and budgets.
• Support recruiting and team growth; set priorities and milestones.
