ASML in Wilton, CT, seeks a Supply Chain and Sourcing manager to drive end-to-end introduction and industrialization of ASML products from a Logistics, Cost, and Quality perspective.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams at ASML and with suppliers to deliver NPI milestones, manage risks, budgets, and supplier selections, and report to senior stakeholders while driving continuous improvement in SS&P.

Qualifications

• Technical or Supply Chain Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in an NPI environment in high-tech industry.
• Proven track record in project management and leading multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Define, secure and monitor supply chain and sourcing NPI deliverables.
• Identify and manage supply chain risks and supplier capabilities.
• Drive cost of goods roadmap with SS&P clusters and supplier teams.
• Prepare yearly OPEX/CAPEX forecasts and manage spend for NRE and tooling/packaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align KD deliverables.
