Job summary

ASML US, LLC in Wilton, CT seeks an Industrial Strategy Project Manager to shape sourcing for Wilton products. You’ll deliver cross‑sector make‑buy proposals for IPM decisions, involving senior leaders, and help align ASML’s make‑strategy across sites.

You’ll co‑develop supplier landscapes for glass, ceramics, optics and mechatronics with the category manager and cross‑sector teams, balancing long‑term supply with market needs using strong stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Master/PhD in technology
• 4+ years as a technical designer or comparable technical role
• Strong stakeholder management and deal-making skills
• Passionate about advanced technology

Responsibilities

• Deliver cross‑sector make‑buy proposals for Wilton products and technologies for decisions in the IPM, including Board of Management members of ASML.
• Contributing to ASML's make‑strategy, i.e. incl. distribution of competencies across ASML sites. This includes make‑where proposals on new products and technologies.
• Co‑developing the suppliers landscape strategy for glass & ceramic modules, optical modules, mechatronic sourcing together with the responsible Category manager and all cross‑sector stakeholders.
