Job summary

ASML in Wilton, CT is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on Visual and Mechanical Inspection, translating roadmaps into robust, production-ready processes. You will collaborate with Design & Engineering, WF Technology & Development, and Production Engineering to ensure timely realization of technical requirements.

You will mentor engineers, drive continuous improvement, manage budgets and headcount, and report to Senior Management with clear metrics on

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or scientific field, 7+ years in high-tech production environments, 3+ years people management or team lead experience, experience interfacing with leadership on technical/management topics, hands-on with multiple fabrication disciplines and materials.

Responsibilities

• Understand and interpret WF Optics roadmaps to realize robust production processes.
• Organize teams to secure ASML's strategic vision and close gaps in equipment, tooling, personnel, and technology.
• Coach teams to align with stakeholders, define document requirements, and ensure timely release of production-ready processes.
• Provide technical oversight ensuring reliable processes meet quality/schedule requirements.
• Report project status, plans, and escalation of help requests to Senior Management.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop team members with clear career growth paths.
