Job description

As a Strategic Partnership (business development) Manager, you will be responsible for managing and sustaining relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders. You will establish collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships with new partners to support the growth and development of both parties. The role requires working closely with the executive team to source, develop, execute, and manage new partnerships, particularly from the telecom sector, to drive growth, capabilities, and strategic objectives of the company.

What you’ll do as a Strategic Partnership (business development) Manager

  • Implement company strategy to optimize growth and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities; support negotiations and contracts.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape; maintain databases; build business cases; manage due diligence.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive corporate strategy and long-range planning.
  • Develop financial models and market analyses; prepare presentations for senior management.
  • Track contractual obligations in collaborative agreements.
  • Ensure partnerships, transactions, and policies meet company objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and deliver clear, compliant RFP packages aligned with organizational goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


What you’ll need

  • Be 18 years or older; authorized to work in the U.S.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in Business Development.
  • Strong sales skills and data analysis abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and company operations.
  • Experience in change management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel.


Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000
