Job description

As a Strategic Partnership (business development) Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders. You will establish collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships with new partners to support the growth and development of both parties. The role requires close work with the executive team to source, develop, execute, and manage new partnerships, particularly within the telecom sector, to drive growth, capabilities, and strategic objectives of the company.

What you'll do as a Strategic Partnership (business development) Manager
  1. Assist with implementing the company's strategy to optimize growth and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
  2. Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities, support negotiations, and execute collaborations and licensing agreements.
  3. Monitor the competitive landscape, establish databases to track opportunities, build business cases, and manage due diligence processes.
  4. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive corporate strategy, long-range planning, and risk management.
  5. Develop and present financial models and market analyses to evaluate projects and terms; prepare impactful presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  6. Track contractual obligations in collaborative agreements.
  7. Ensure partnerships, transactions, policies, and procedures align with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
  8. Develop and deliver comprehensive RFP packages that are clear, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in Business Development
  • Strong sales skills and data analysis abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of personnel and departmental leadership experience
  • Solid understanding of the telecommunications industry and company operations
  • Experience with change management
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, project management, and diplomatic skills
  • Willingness to travel
Salary Range

$100,000 - $130,000
