You will foster continuous improvement, set measurable goals, conduct 1:1s, and promote code reviews to grow team expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional development experience leading teams on large projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
• Extensive experience designing workflows using a low-code application development platform.
• Strong background in case management, including case types and lifecycle automation.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles with mentoring experience.
• Demonstrated use of AI in project execution.

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will lead a software engineering team responsible for delivering complex platform capabilities that support critical business workflows in a fast-paced automotive environment. The manager will oversee planning, execution, and quality for key technical initiatives while partnering closely with stakeholders to align engineering outcomes with business needs. Success in this role will come from strong team leadership, disciplined delivery, and the ability to improve systems and processes through thoughtful technical guidance.

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually
