Qualifications

For our client, we are seeking a Chief Engineer Principal - Software to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will shape the software architecture behind advanced connected vehicle solutions in a fast-moving manufacturing and automotive environment. You will guide the technical direction for cloud-native platforms, APIs, and data-intensive applications that support reliable, secure, and scalable operations. The position partners closely with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to set standards, mentor developers, and drive high-impact technical decisions. Success in this role will come from improving platform performance while balancing availability, latency, security, and cost efficiency.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $118,600 – $204,000 annually
