Qualifications

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Manufacturing Solutions & Solution Architecture to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will shape the digital manufacturing strategy that supports operational excellence across complex production environments. You will lead solution architecture and functional roadmap execution for manufacturing capabilities, working closely with operations, engineering, and technology stakeholders. The position focuses on translating business needs into scalable designs that improve process flow, system integration, and deployment outcomes. Location: Remote Compensation: $138,000 – $173,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Execute the functional roadmap for digital manufacturing capabilities
• Lead requirements discovery and process mapping for production deployment
• Serve as the solution leader across operational teams to align priorities
• Define end‑to‑end solution designs across multiple systems and platforms
• Translate business needs into clear architecture decisions and measurable outcomes
