Ladders is seeking an Engineering Manager, Enablement to guide engineering enablement efforts and strengthen how teams deliver high-quality software and support systems.

You will lead people management, planning, and execution across technical workstreams while partnering with Product, Design, and customer-facing teams. This remote role emphasizes continuous improvement across the SDLC and enterprise implementations.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in engineering enablement, including platform engineering, DevOps/SRE, or data engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience managing engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices.
• Proven ability to manage intake, prioritization, and capacity planning without a dedicated Product Manager.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with enterprise clients and stakeholders.
• Passion for continuous learning and AI/LLMs.
• Experience leading on-call and blameless incident reviews.

For our client, we are seeking a Engineering Manager, Enablement to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will guide engineering enablement efforts that strengthen how teams deliver high-quality software and support the systems behind it. You will lead people management, planning, and execution across technical workstreams while partnering closely with Product, Design, and customer-facing teams. The position also plays a key role in balancing roadmap priorities with operational demands and driving continuous improvement across the SDLC.

You will help build a high-performing team that can support enterprise implementations, integrations, and incident response in a fast-moving environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $150,000 - $185,000 annually
