Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or higher.
• 5+ years of U.S. GAAP accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Experience preparing SEC filings and public-company financial statements.
• Knowledge of SEC requirements and XBRL.
• Ability to research guidance and apply it to disclosures.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Effective problem solving and decision making in complex issues.
• Collaborates with cross-functional partners and communicates clearly.
• Advanced Excel and solid MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review regulatory filings, audited financial statements, and earnings materials.
• Support accurate disclosures and maintain internal controls.
• Research complex reporting matters and improve processes.
• Assist audits and regulatory examinations with timely documentation.
