TAE Power Solutions seeks a Manager, Project Engineering to lead technical execution for BESS deployments and EPC projects. You will own the execution plan from design handoff through commissioning, ensure TPS standards, and coordinate external technical discussions with customers and vendors.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years leading technical execution and commissioning for complex power or BESS.
• Strong interdisciplinary capability across electrical, controls, software integration.
• Experience at an EPC delivering turnkey BESS projects with field troubleshooting and commissioning resolution.
• Strong documentation discipline and structured triage/change control.

Aufgaben

• Own the technical execution plan from design handoff through commissioning, performance validation, and turnover.
• Lead milestones including site readiness, installation readiness, pre-commissioning, SAT, performance testing, and acceptance readiness.
• Own external technical discussions with customers and vendors during execution; coordinate changes with clear decision trail.
• Drive deviations, non-conformances, and escalation with leadership as needed.
• Build, hire, and lead a high-performing Project Engineering team.
• Collaborate with Product, System Integration, PMO, Field Services to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
