• 12+ years progressive experience in large EPC projects within energy infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience leading multi-office, matrixed project teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with risk/change management experience.

• Directs large EPC/Service projects from proposal through completion.
• Oversees staffing, schedules, budgets, and quality for multi-discipline teams.
• Manages risk, cost control, and client satisfaction to achieve margins.
