Job summary

Priority Power Management, LLC in Texas seeks a Manager, Project Development – Storage to lead a pipeline of BESS and ESS projects for industrial and commercial clients. You will guide projects from concept through construction handoff, require at least 10 years of storage/project management experience, a BS in engineering, and travel 25–50% as needed.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with electrical/mechanical emphasis or demonstrated equivalent expertise.
• PE license preferred.
• Knowledge of ERCOT and other market structures for storage participation.
• Experience in energy storage project development including site control and interconnection.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and advance utility-class and commercial-scale BESS/ESS projects from concept through scope.
• Develop energy storage service plans, sizing, dispatch models and revenue estimates.
• Develop and manage project development schedules and budgets.
• Lead project meetings with stakeholders and manage contract obligations.
• Lead permitting for BESS/ESS, including electrical, fire safety, and zoning permits.
