Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee construction management activities for power substations, switchyards, and BESS facilities.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget alignment across projects.
• Manage contracts, procurement, subcontractors, and client relationships from initiation to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and resource allocations.
• Oversee procurement of equipment and materials; coordinate with vendors.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to stakeholders.
• Travel to new projects and project sites as required.
