The Role

As Manager of Harnham’s Perm Division, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing permanent recruitment team, driving commercial performance, and strengthening relationships with key clients across the data and analytics market. This is a hands‑on leadership role combining people management, strategic planning, and client engagement.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters within the Data/AI/Analytics Perm Division
