Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within data, analytics, or technology.
• Previous experience managing or leading a team.
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters within the Data/AI/Analytics Perm Division.
• Drive revenue growth through effective team management and business development.
• Build and maintain senior‑level client relationships across data, analytics, and technology markets.
• Set clear performance goals and ensure consistent delivery against targets.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape divisional strategy and growth plans.
• Maintain high standards of service delivery and market expertise.
