Pullman Regional Hospital is seeking a Manager of Patient Access to lead front-end operations and align access with organizational goals. You will oversee a team, coordinate with clinical departments, and drive improvements across the patient journey.

The role emphasizes operational leadership, data-driven performance, and collaboration with vendors and payers to optimize revenue cycle outcomes. Monday–Friday, on-site in Pullman, WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in patient access or revenue cycle.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare information systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational leadership and oversight for patient access functions across the organization.
• Establish departmental priorities and performance goals in coordination with Revenue Cycle leadership.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, accreditation standards, and policies.
• Drive financial performance through oversight of point-of-service collections, insurance verification, and authorization processes.
• Monitor KPIs such as collection rates, denial prevention, authorization accuracy, and patient throughput.
