• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• 3+ years of Patient Access experience in a hospital or large health system.
• Experience leading front-end revenue cycle functions, including point-of-service collections and denial prevention.
• Experience in healthcare provider finance operations or similar service environment.
• Demonstrated advanced usage of AI to improve processes and lead teams.
• Proven ability to use KPIs to drive team performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision, leadership and operational oversight for on-site Patient Access staff across a hospital/market.
• Direct hiring and training for leadership and patient access staff.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with operational leaders at sites/markets.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing and cross-training to meet regulatory requirements.
• Communicate strategy and accountabilities clearly to teams, promoting employee engagement.
