The role emphasizes process improvement, cross-departmental coordination, and adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hospital billing, collections and denials management.
• Experience with patient accounting and electronic health record systems.
• Proven track record in healthcare revenue cycle operations and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Patient Financial Services functions.
• Provide direct supervision, coaching and performance management to staff.
• Monitor cash collections, A/R days, denials, productivity and patient satisfaction.
• Identify variances and implement corrective actions with the Director of Revenue Cycle.
• Coordinate with Revenue Integrity, Patient Access, Coding and other departments.
