Job summary

IQ Fiber is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Data Management to own the MDM platform and data governance program across FTTH markets. You will partner with Engineering, Construction, Commercial, Network Operations, Finance, and Support to define data ownership and governance, delivering trusted data and actionable insights for the business.

The role requires leading the governance of core data domains (parcel, address, customer, service, network) and driving data quality, lineage, and stewardship

Qualifications

• Ownership of a data platform, governance program, and ownership models.

Responsibilities

• Own the MDM platform roadmap, backlog, and priorities.
• Define data governance framework for core data domains.
• Coordinate delivery with the team handling source integrations.
• Establish data ownership and authoritative systems across the org.
• Define data quality standards and monitor performance against them.
• Ensure changes flow back to source systems with governance and auditing.
