Job summary

Littelfuse, a global leader based in Chicago, seeks a Manager for Customer Master Data & Governance to own the MDM program, stewardship operations, and platform enhancements. You will partner with stakeholders, IT, and external partners to translate business needs into scalable data solutions while remaining hands-on for testing and validation.

Responsibilities span governance, platform ownership, data quality operations, and automation opportunities, with a focus on AI-driven entity resolution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IS, Data Management, or analytics.
• 5-7 years in Master Data Management, Data Governance, Customer Data Management, Data Quality, or related discipline.
• Experience with Informatica MDM, Customer 360, or comparable MDM platform.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer master data governance framework, policies, business rules, and data quality standards.
• Own customer hierarchy governance and Market BU/Vertical Market classifications for reporting, sales alignment, and segmentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in data accuracy, consistency, usability, and governance maturity.
• Evaluate and deploy AI-driven capabilities to improve entity resolution, matching, deduplication, data enrichment, and stewardship productivity while maintaining governance controls.
• Serve as business owner for Informatica Customer Master Data platform and define roadmap & backlog.
• Manage new data source onboarding, profiling, validation, reconciliation and monitoring for data quality.
• Collaborate with Informatica support teams and internal resources to prioritize enhancements and platform upgrades.
• Lead customer data stewardship activities, define SLAs, metrics, controls, and escalation processes.
• Perform hands-on testing and validation of enhancements in dev/test environments.
• Identify opportunities for automation and platform optimization.
