Job summary

IQ Fiber is seeking a Community Development Manager responsible for building and executing sales programming to expand the company's market share with a focus on MDU residential properties. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of telecom sales or community development experience.
• MDU-focused experience preferred.
• Proficiency with data analysis and business reporting.
• Strong negotiation skills with multi-party considerations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Secure ROEs and build a 3-year pipeline for planned communities in targeted areas to expand access and maximize market penetration.
• Execute tactics to capture market share, grow revenues, and generate profitable business across all MDU property types in the assigned territory.
• Engage with property owners and developers to identify opportunities and validate customer needs.
• Manage contracts from sale and planning through construction and retention with clear stakeholder communication.
• Monitor market conditions to identify opportunities, risks, and issues.
• Develop and manage planning and execution of new planned community initiatives and ensure revenue targets are met.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Project Management, Engineering, Direct Sales, and Operations to align go‑to‑market plans.
