Job summary

Littelfuse, a Chicago-based global industrial technology leader, seeks a Manager of Customer Master Data & Governance to own the governance framework, data quality, and platform enhancements. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, data stewards, IT, and partners to translate needs into scalable data solutions.

The role requires 5–7 years in MDM or data governance, hands-on Informatica MDM experience, strong SQL skills, and a collaborative, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5-7 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or related areas.
• Experience with Informatica MDM, Customer 360, or similar platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and data quality stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer master data governance framework and data quality standards.
• Lead customer hierarchy governance and the assignment of Market BU and Vertical Market classifications.
• Drive data accuracy, consistency, usability, and governance maturity.
• Oversee Informatica platform roadmap, onboarding of new data sources, and data quality monitoring.
• Perform hands-on testing and validation of enhancements in development/test environments.
