Job summary

Huyett is seeking a Master Data Manager to lead enterprise data governance across customer, product, supplier, and transaction domains. You will drive analytics, AI-enabled insights, and data quality while partnering with IT, analytics, and business leaders.

The role is in-office at Minneapolis, KS or Sidney, NE, with opportunities to shape data strategy and support growth through trusted information. Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years in data governance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in data governance, master data management, and data architecture.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, data warehouse, BI, MDM or comparable systems.
• Strong leadership, influencing and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Data Standards: coordinate standards across Customer, Item, Supplier, Transaction domains.
• Information Architecture & Analytics Enablement: translate requirements into database and reporting solutions.
• Leadership & Change Management: lead cross-functional information initiatives with executives and SME teams.
• Master Data Ownership & Governance: establish standards, monitor data quality, and coordinate systems alignment.
• Data Architecture & Design: define normalized data frameworks for customer, product, supplier, and pricing.
• Information Quality & Continuous Improvement: baseline scorecards and drive improvements.
• Customer Data & Enrichment: standardize accounts, enrich data, and drive segmentation.
• Analytics & Commercial Enablement: deliver 360° customer view and actionable insights.
