Job summary

Molex is seeking a seasoned Master Data Management and Data Governance lead in Texas to shape our ADS data strategy and drive governance across divisions. You will own data quality initiatives, define policies, and partner with enterprise teams to harmonize master data while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, 5+ years in MDM/EDG, and hands-on experience with data platforms such as Snowflake.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Master Data Management and Enterprise Data Governance experience.
• Design and implement scalable MDM processes with ownership and control.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical teams.
• Experience with data governance, ERP management and related business systems.
• Experience in global manufacturing or engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the ADS Master Data Management strategy.
• Develop a roadmap for data governance, quality improvement, and MDM maturity.
• Establish policies, standards, and procedures governing master data across functions.
• Lead the transition to governed ADS data management practices.
• Act as the business owner for master data governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with enterprise MDM teams to harmonize data across divisions.
• Drive data quality initiatives and monitor KPIs.
• Lead root cause analysis and remediation of data issues.
• Implement preventative controls to improve data accuracy and consistency.
• Develop reporting and dashboards measuring data quality performance across ADS.
• Coordinate with project management on data requirements for projects.
• Work with enterprise data platform (Snowflake) and analytics teams.
• Support integration of MDM capabilities into upstream/downstream systems.
• Maintain master data definitions, glossaries, and governance records.
• Report on data mastering health and improvement initiatives.
