Job summary

Littelfuse is seeking a Manager of Customer Master Data & Governance in Chicago, IL to lead the customer master data program and own the Informatica platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders, data stewards, IT, and partners to translate business needs into scalable data solutions while ensuring data quality and governance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, Analytics, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, Customer Data Management, Data Quality, or related discipline.
• Experience with Informatica MDM, Customer 360, or comparable MDM platform.
• Working knowledge of SQL to query, analyze, and validate customer master data.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer master data governance framework, policies, business rules, and data quality standards.
• Own customer hierarchy governance and Market BU/Vertical Market classifications.
• Drive continuous improvement in data accuracy, consistency, usability, and governance maturity.
• Utilize AI-driven capabilities for entity resolution, matching, deduplication, enrichment, and stewardship productivity.
• Serve as business owner and functional lead for the Informatica Customer Master Data platform.
• Manage data onboarding, profiling, validation, reconciliation and monitoring for data quality.
