Pima Community College Foundation Inc. is seeking a Manager: Integrated Leave to lead ADA/leave program administration, FMLA and disability processes. You will supervise staff, partner with Benefits, and ensure compliant, streamlined operations across HR.

This role requires strategic insight and strong leadership to advance an integrated employee experience. As the primary advisor to leadership on ADA and leave matters, you will guide policy, training, and complex case resolution while ensuring

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, HR or related field.
• Three to five years of related experience.
• One to three years of supervisory experience.
• Equivalent combination of certification, education and experience.
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Five plus years of related experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Directs ADA/ADAAA program procedures and documentation.
• Manages leave and disability programs including FMLA, STD, LTD and various leaves.
• Supervises staff handling medical leave, accommodations, and benefits.
• Partners with Benefits Manager on strategy, open enrollment, and vendor governance.
• Oversees ADA accommodation requests and high-risk cases.
• Reviews medical documentation and job analyses for accommodations.
• Approves notices of determination and accommodation agreements.
• Coordinates with HR, Payroll, and Leadership on status transitions.
• Leads training for supervisors on ADA and leave policies.
• Works with Legal Counsel on complex matters.
