California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) seeks a Manager for ADA, Leave, and Workplace Accommodations for Academic Employees to serve as the subject matter expert on disability management, ADA, FEHA, FMLA, CFRA, accommodations, return-to-work programs, and related employment compliance for Academic Employees.

This role reports to the Director of Academic Employee and Labor Relations and provides strategic leadership for complex accommodation and leave matters impacting faculty, academic

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ADA, FEHA, FMLA/CFRA regulations and workplace accommodations.
• Experience administering disability management and academic employee leaves.
• Ability to interpret collective bargaining agreements and university policies.

Responsabilités

• Serve as subject matter expert for accommodations, disability management and return-to-work programs.
• Provide strategic oversight of academic employee leave programs and ensure legal compliance.
• Consult with Academic Affairs leadership on employee relations matters and program improvements.
