Job summary

Pennymac is seeking an experienced Leave of Absence Manager to provide administrative support for employee leave requests and counsel managers on FMLA, CFRA, PDL, PPL, ADA accommodations, and related policies. You will coordinate with ER, Payroll/HRIS, and safety teams to ensure accurate communications and records.

Key duties include processing ADA requests, unemployment claims, and workers’ compensation support; maintaining compliant leave records, and analyzing trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, fast paced environment on a national level.
• In depth knowledge of FMLA, CFRA, PDL, PPL, ADA and Workers’ Compensation laws and company leave policies.
• Working knowledge of integration of leaves, payroll and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Advise employees and managers on all leave of absence policies and processes (FMLA, CFRA, PDL, PPL, Military, ADA, etc.).
• Support ER Team, Payroll/HRIS updates, communications, case tracking, and coordination for leave and workers’ compensation claims.
• Maintain accurate records of employee leaves and accommodation requests in compliance with legal requirements.
