Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a Sr. Leave and Accommodation Manager to oversee nationwide leave and accommodation programs across facilities, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, PWFA and related laws.

You will lead case managers, provide analytics, and collaborate with executive leadership, HR, payroll and technology partners to improve processes. Strong CA leave knowledge and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Eight years' experience in Human Resources in a benefits, leave management or generalist related position, with a minimum five years’ experience in interactive process administration.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state leave and disability laws, specifically ADAAA, FEHA, PWFA, FMLA, CFRA, CA PDL, NJFLA; experience with CA leaves and accommodations is required.
• Strong knowledge of the interplay between federal and state leave and disability laws.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of absence management integrated workflows, return-to-work strategies, interactive process workflows.
• Strong knowledge of benefits impacts while on leaves of absence.
• Strong knowledge of leave of absence pay integrations with wage replacement benefits.
• Ability to analyze, problem solve, organize and manage multiple priorities, and effectively follow up in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with strong interpersonal skills and sound judgement.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including effective presentation skills to all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day oversight of the leave and accommodation programs for all facilities nationwide.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, PWFA and related laws.
• Oversee Leave and Accommodation case managers and provide escalation support and analytics.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, facility HR, payroll and technology partners on process updates and escalation support.
