Job summary

Uplight is seeking a Manager, Industry Solutions in Boulder, CO to lead a fast-moving pre-sales team. You will recruit, mentor, and coach a talented group responsible for contracting deliverables that meet client outcomes and internal standards.

You'll collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Account Management, and Product teams to align strategy with execution, resolving risks and blockers while scaling impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years experience leading high-performance teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to prioritize competing priorities and make impactful decisions quickly.
• Ability to build partnerships and influence decisions to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and training for the Industry Solutions team.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve outcomes and meet metrics.
• Track performance and drive RFx and SOW quality to meet deliverability standards.
• Provide accountability for results and communicate outcomes to senior leadership.
• Guide solution designs and unblock the team during pre-sales activities.
