Job summary

Uplight is seeking an Engineering Manager to grow a high performing team and deliver software that accelerates the clean energy revolution. You will lead 11 engineers across two teams, focusing on customer outcomes and data-driven decisions to improve reliability and impact.

You’ll help define the technical strategy, balance trade-offs between product needs and engineering constraints, and coach staff to grow their careers while collaborating with stakeholders across the company.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams and delivering software at scale.
• Ability to drive product and tech strategy with focus on reliability and impact.
• Familiarity with data-driven delivery metrics and customer feedback loops.

Responsibilities
