Job summary

Uplight, Inc. is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to drive people strategy across business units in a fast-growing tech environment. You will advise leadership, design org structure, and lead change initiatives to keep teams resilient as we scale.

Based at our Boulder HQ in a hybrid role, you will partner with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and key stakeholders to drive workforce planning, compensation, succession, and performance programs while protecting our culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a People Business Partner in a high-growth tech environment.
• Experience advising at all leadership levels.
• Experience supporting remote or global teams.
• Broad foundation across compensation, org design, employee relations, and employment laws.
• Ability to translate complex policies into clear, sensible business practices.
• Exceptional facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive business outcomes by tailoring people strategies to unit goals.
• Lead org design, culture initiatives, and change management for scale.
• Use HR metrics and feedback to identify friction points and deploy solutions.
• Oversee workforce planning, compensation, succession, and performance management.
• Advise on complex employee issues and protect culture.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and stakeholders to align on goals.
• Position is hybrid in Boulder HQ with 1–2 days in the office.
