Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking a Manager In Training for the Spa/Rooms Division to assist in day-to-day operations and leadership tasks within the Rooms Division. You will rotate across departments under the guidance of the Assistant Director of Rooms, with the aim of advancing to an Assistant Manager based on performance.

The role requires a college degree in hospitality or business, strong communication skills, and a Maui Liquor Card.

Qualifications

• College education; hospitality or business administration degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• Strong human relations skills; proven experience in dealing with employee and guest situations.
• Maui Liquor Card required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and develop functional management skills through hotel-wide departmental rotation and home department placements, with the goal to be promoted to an Assistant Manager based on ability and performance.

Manager In Training – Spa/Rooms Division

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Spa/Rooms Division leadership team.This role is part of the Rooms Division, reporting to the Assistant Director of Rooms. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

Learn and develop functional management skills in a variety of situations and environments through hotel-wide departmental rotation and home departmentplacement’s, with the goalto bepromoted to an Assistant Manager based on ability and performance.

What You Will Bring
