Job summary

Four Seasons Maui seeks a Manager In Training for the Spa/Rooms Division to support day-to-day operations and participate in department rotations until promoted to an Assistant Manager. You will report to the Assistant Director of Rooms and must have work authorization in the United States at application time.

This program develops leadership through hands-on rotations across Spa and Rooms, with a view to advancing based on ability and performance.

Qualifications

• College education, hotel or business administration degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
• Excellent human relations skills; proven experience in dealing with employee and guest situations in a positive and effective manner.
• Maui Liquor Card

Manager In Training – Spa/Rooms Division

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Spa/Rooms Division leadership team. This role is part of the Rooms Division, reporting to the Assistant Director of Rooms. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Do

What To Expect

• Full time schedule (45+ hour workweek) based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
