Job summary

Four Seasons Maui seeks a DUO Manager to lead the restaurant operation in the Food & Beverage division. This role oversees staff, ensures guest satisfaction, and upholds the property’s high standards across breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.

You will manage front-of-house activities, coach team members, and maintain quality in service, wine knowledge, and guest relations while supporting a luxurious guest experience on the Maui resort.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Front of the House F&B management experience.
• Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting.
• Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Hawaii Food Handler Card
• Maui Liquor ServSafe (within 3 months)
• Tuberculosis Clearance

Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees in the Hotel’s All-Day or Fining Dining Restaurant while ensuring guest satisfaction.This role is part of the Food & Beverage Division, reporting to the Assistant Director & Director of Food & Beverage Division.Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Do
