Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking a Reservations Manager to oversee the Reservations Department and support Revenue Management. You will drive yield by applying occupancy and rate principles, reporting to Rooms Division leadership, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements include at least two years in a rooms division leadership role, strong analytical and computer skills, and superb guest service with English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum in a rooms division management role, preferably Reservations, with Four Seasons or similar.
• Strong guest service mindset and professional sales approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proven ability to multitask, improve efficiency and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for reservations sales agents and handle sales calls.
• Resolve problems and conflicts; manage scheduling and staffing within the department.

Reservations Manager Responsible for the overall management of the Reservations Department. Assist Director of Revenue with Revenue Management activities of the Resort to achieve budgeted goals; understanding and applying the principles of occupancy and rate to achieve maximum yield. This role is part of the Rooms Division, reporting to the Assistant Director & Director of Rooms Division.

What You Will Do Manage the day to day operation of the reservations department (function as resource for reservations sales agents; handle reservations sales calls; problem and conflict resolution; scheduling).

What You Will Bring

• Minimum of Two Years’ Experience in a rooms division management capacity with Four Seasons or another related organization, preferably Reservations.
• Comprehensive computer and analytical skills, superior guest service and salesmanship skills.
• Proven success in a previous rooms division management position required, ability to manage multiple tasks, improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ability to read and speak and write English.
