Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking a Spa Coordinator to welcome guests, book spa services and reservations, and assist with check-in/out at the spa. This part-time role reports to the Spa Management Team and requires valid authorization to work in the United States at application time.

You will understand and promote spa offerings, balance schedules, orient guests to the facility, and ensure outstanding guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Experience required by position ranges from three months to one year of experience in a related role with Four Seasons or similar luxury organization.
• Strong telephone, scheduling and sales skills plus comfort using computer systems.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication is required.

Spa Coordinator

Welcome and orient guests to the Spa, book spa services and recreational reservations, check guests in and out of the Spa. This role is part of theA&GDivision, reporting to the Spa Management Team.Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Do

• Understand, effectively communicate and book/sell Spa services and products; including but not limited to massage, facials, specialty treatments, Salon, personal training and retail products utilizing computer systems as necessary.
• Balance therapist and room schedules to optimize the productivity of the spa and fairness to the therapist.
• Orient guests and give personalized tours of entire spa facility.

What You Will Bring

• Experience required by position is from three months to one year of employment in a related position with Four Seasons or other organization (such as reservations, concierge, customer service).
• Skillsinclude: telephone skills, appointment booking, sales, computer experience in windows based programs. Guest service experience in a luxury environment.
• Requires a working knowledge of computer programs (i.e. Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams), phone service skills, interpersonal and good communication skills, ability to multi-task.
• English language both written and oral.
• Maui Liquor Card
