Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Manager in Training to learn the WOW Operating Way and become proficient across CSR, Parts Coordinator, and Estimator roles. You will complete role-based certifications and participate in onboarding to demonstrate comprehensive shop knowledge.

The program emphasizes hands-on learning with a structured certification pathway and ongoing development opportunities within a leading collision and glass service provider.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• College or Military background preferred.
• Automotive technical training is preferred.
• Completed courses in repair procedures are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Take CSR Role Based Certification and perform CSR duties for several weeks.
• Take Parts Coordinator Role Based Certification and perform related duties for several weeks.
• Take Estimator Role Based Certification and perform estimator duties for several months.
• Must successfully complete RBC for each position in the shop.
• Complete the GM Onboarding program and demonstrate knowledge of WOW Operating Way.

Education
