Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Urbandale, IA is seeking a Managers in Training to learn every position within the WOW process and deliver exceptional customer service. You will progress through CSR, Parts Coordinator, and Estimator certifications while completing role-based competencies and the GM onboarding program.

High school diploma or GED is required; college or military background is preferred, with automotive training valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• College or Military background preferred.
• Automotive technical education training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Take the CSR Role Based Certification and perform CSR duties for several weeks.
• Take the Parts Coordinator Role Based Certification and perform Parts Coordinator duties for several weeks.
• Take Estimator Role Based Certification and perform Estimator duties for several months.
• Complete the RBC for each position and the GM Onboarding program.
