Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Manager in Training in Rhinelander, WI to learn all shop roles under the WOW Operating Way. You will rotate through CSR, Parts Coordinator, and Estimator tracks, earning role-based certifications while delivering customer-focused service.

Program participants complete the RBC competencies and the GM onboarding, preparing for advancement in a fast-paced collision and glass service environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a high school diploma or GED; college or military background preferred.
• Automotive technical education training is a plus.
• Roles involve completing multiple role-based certifications and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Learn every position's responsibilities in the WOW Process.
• Complete CSR, Parts Coordinator and Estimator role-based certifications.
• Achieve RBC competency across all positions and complete onboarding.
